Stone Finish: Dholpur Effect
Inspired by the warm, earthy tones of Dholpur sandstone, this stone finish replicates the natural grain, texture, and color variations of hand-cut stone. Durable and weather-resistant, it brings a rich, heritage character to exterior walls, blending tradition with timeless elegance.

1) Stir well before use.
2) Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from lime, dust or grease. Any previous growth of fungus, algae or moss or loose paint needs to be removed by vigorous wire brushing and cleaning with water.
3) Apply the material by trowel or spatula to obtain an even coating of around 1mm thickness. Allow to set for 5–15 mins depending on weather conditions.
4) Rub the surface-off area with a stainless steel or plastic trowel, which will roll on the coarsest grain in the coating, and produce the desired random stone look like Dholpur stone effect. A brick pattern effect can be achieved by use of masking tape before application and some care also needed once the pattern is achieved and requires precision.
5) All KEMTEX Textured finishes can be coated with 2 coats of KEMTEX Kemshine Acrylic Paint for best performance.
